For our first birthday, we're celebrating the marks we leave on each other.

Over the past year, Lit Actually has become a place where friendships began in book aisles - literally - and readers found stories that stayed with them long after the final page. This community gathered around a shared love of romance and fantasy books, and those moments have left their marks.

That's the inspiration behind Marked by Love, a weekend filled with artists, makers, and creators whose work transforms ordinary things into something personal. From tattoos and painted edges to custom jewelry, on-demand printed apparel, patched totes, and hand-drawn keepsakes, every experience is a chance to leave with something uniquely yours.

The best stories don't disappear when we finish them, they become part of us. Our birthday weekend is going to be one of those long-lasting stories.
